Just a few years ago, most gluten-free products on the shelf were questionable tasting products at best. Of course there are naturally gluten-free foods, but I am talking about the other products that which are more grab-and-go or frozen foods. Now, in 2013 things have changed but to what degree? You can eat gluten-free food that tastes really good, but if you look closely at the ingredients how much cane sugar, tapioca and potato starch is actually in it?
