Happy New Year! It is a time of endings and beginnings. At the start of every new year many of us commence with resolve to make long lasting changes; to get healthy, live our lives more fully and to fulfill some of our goals and dreams.

All of this takes energy, focus, motivation and most importantly support. So, what happens to our resolve.

January starts off well. We are at the gym regularly, we are cutting back on junk foods, sugar and the like. Then February comes around, and winter is weighing on us, and resolve gives way to the demands and stresses of life. The motivation of January 1 wanes and some of those efforts wane as well.

Change is not a straight line. Even in these uncertain times, we are certain of one thing only, change.

So how do we embrace change and  even our waning enthusiasm for making our own personal changes? We regroup, reconnect and reinvigorate.

Here is what we at Pearl Natural Health know about change when it comes to our health:

  • it is challenging, even under the best circumstances
  • having a goal is crucial. You need to know what you want your outcome to be and where you want to end up. In other words, how do you want to feel? What do you want to accomplish?
  • it is tough to do it without support and guidance
  • change is a process, with its ups and down
  • and it is completely possible

If you are on a quest to change some of your lifestyle habits, to improve your eating, tend to a stubborn and nagging issue such as low level and enduring pain, stress and anxiety, digestive issues, sleep issues, or you want some tweaking to your health and vitality, we are here to help.

Collectively our physicians, acupuncturist and staff care about you.

We want you to succeed and to get your goal, one step at a time.

Call us and schedule an appointment to get yourself back on track.
