So, what do you think would happen if a high school program was put into place to improve teens’ health and wellness through exercise, nutrition, and wellness? At one high school in Portland, Oregon, their class of 240 freshman lost 1233 pounds in one school year. As a side benefit, they found their kids were happier, more focused and more energetic.
